We do not directly employ field technicians or hold master mechanical contracting licenses.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

All service work, diagnostic fees, repair pricing, equipment warranties, and physical contracting are contracted directly between the customer and the dispatched independent HVAC professional. Property owners are encouraged to inspect contractor credentials, written estimates, and terms prior to authorizing service work.

3. Limitation of Liability

Rockville HVAC Referral Network is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services provided by independent third-party contractors referred through this website.
